Grading
Grading consists of two parts. To pass this course, students must pass each part with a grade of at least 5.
The first part consists of a 20-question multiple-choice exam with three possible answers for each question. Each two erroneous answers subtract one correct answer from the exam score. This part accounts for 60% of the course grade.
The second part consists in the production of an Individual Plan of Development of Potential. Each student, following the indications that are explained throughout the course, prepares his or her Plan. Its contents and means of production thereof are explained throughout the course. This part accounts for 40% of the course grade.
Methodology
This course is divided into three modules, each set up with the objective that, in addition to theoretical contents, the practical and living experience is carried out within the classroom. The idea is for students to practice, during the very course, with tools for their subsequent application in their workplace.
