Attending to the modification of the curriculum of the Degree in Law for the implementation of a group whose teaching-learning modality is blended, approved by resolution of the ANECA of 04/06/2013, the system established for all subjects in this modality It is as follows: a 70% final physical examination and a 30% continuous assessment.
A) The Final evaluation will be made on the date officially established for this purpose and will consist of three parts:
1. A theoretical-practical test type test (40% of the total of the grade),
2. A theoretical-practical test with short answer questions (30% of the total of the grade), and
3. Resolution of a practical case study (30% of the total of the grade), which will be done exclusively by students who have not passed the continuous assessment process).
B) Continuous evaluation: Students who have attended classes regularly will have the opportunity to pass the practical test (30% of the grade) throughout the course, through the following evaluation process:
b1. Active attendance and practical activities carried out in the classroom throughout the course will be evaluated. (up to 1 point)
b2. There will be a theoretical-practical test (Test and brief case study) at the end of lessons 1, 2 and 3 (TEST 1) (up to 1 point)
b3. A theoretical-practical test will be carried out (Test and brief case study) at the end of lessons 4,5, 6 and 7 (TEST 2) (up to 1 point)
Students who have passed the continuous assessment process (that is to say that they obtain 1.5 points on the maximum of 3) will be exempted from carrying out the case study in the final exam of June, September and December of the same year
El contenido de las distintas pruebas teórico-prácticas, se basarán tanto en la materia y tareas trabajadas en el aula como en las no presenciales.
La nota final será el resultado de sumar las obtenidas en las tres partes (Test+preguntas+evaluación continua ó caso práctico)
