In accordance with the regulations for evaluation, students can opt for continuous assessment of the subject or the completion of a final test to evaluate 100% of the competencies.
The student who opts for continuous assessment will perform:
Two partial exams of written form that will each consist of a theoretical part with two questions (2 points) and a test of 15 questions (1.5 points), in addition to a practical / seminars (related to the practices and seminars that are carried out as throughout the semester) with questions (1.5). The sum of both partials will represent 100% of the final grade.
To overcome the first partial (eliminatory) it will be necessary to obtain a minimum of 2.5 in the total score, saving that the two parties must be overcome at 50%. If after the first partial is suspended the second, the next call (September or December) will go with the totality of the subject.
It will be understood that continuous evaluation has been chosen with the presentation to the first partial examination.
The student who chooses the final test to evaluate 100% of the subject will do:
An examination of theoretical content consisting of four questions of medium length with a score of 4 and a test of 30 questions with a score of 3. In addition to a practical exam that will be composed of practical questions / seminars (relating to the practices and seminars that are carried out throughout the course) and that will compute 30% of the final grade.
To pass the subject it will be necessary to obtain a minimum of 5, of which one point must be the practical part.
In the September and December exams, the exam will be the final test option indicated in the previous point.
Given the regulation of the Semi-Presencial Degree of Law itself, the system and criterion of evaluation of the subject will be: examination 70% and practices 30%. Invalidating the percentages at the beginning of this section.
Regarding the test type, clarify that they will have three possible answers and only correct answer. Each incorrect answer subtracts 0.5 correct answer, the unanswered questions do not add or subtract.
It is recommended to carry the exam calculator. The use of the mobile phone will not be allowed as a calculator.
For the part type test it will be necessary to take a pencil to the exam.
To carry during the examination instruments of transmission or storage of data supposes the expulsion of the examination and the suspense in the subject.
EXCEPTIONAL EVALUATION SYSTEM
Consequence of the exceptional situation caused by COVID-19, and given the need to adapt the Spanish university system to non-attendance, the development of teaching activity corresponding to the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year will be subject to the following changes in the teaching guide that are specified as an addendum to the previously approved for the subject.
Theory classes: Teaching is taught live in the bands established for the subject in the official hours of the degree, with the participation of the students. It is done using the Google Meet tool from the virtual campus (Universite). Once the theory class for each day is finished, the practical exercises whose sentences have been previously posted on the subject's website, corresponding to the subject with the active participation of the students, are solved.
Evaluable practices: In order to consolidate knowledge and achieve the evaluation of individual practices, evaluable practices will be sent through the tasks tab, giving sufficient time for resolution through the same tab. In this way, the acquisition of the corresponding skills will be guaranteed.
Tutorials: They are carried out, at the request of the students, through the Google Meet tool, at a time agreed by the teacher-student. However, any questions may also be raised by email and would be resolved through the same means.
System and evaluation criteria of the subject:
The final grade will consist of two parts:
A) Final non-classroom theoretical exam (60%). This exam will consist of 30 test questions with three answers each, in which only one will be correct. The correction system will be: every two questions badly will subtract one good and those left blank neither add nor subtract. It will be necessary to pass 40% (2.4) of the exam for the grade obtained by practices and seminars to be added. The subject to be examined will be the one that appears in the teaching guide of the subject.
Those who wish to do so may take a partial elimination theory exam of 20 test questions with the same correction system mentioned above, the subject of which would be UD I and UD II, topics 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
B) Resolution practices / seminars 40%. By means of the tasks tab and as a continuous evaluation, four practices / seminars with a maximum of one point will be solved, each one related to the subject's agenda.
The reliable identification of the student will be an indispensable requirement.
Those people who prove that they have technical problems or problems of any kind that are insurmountable for taking the exam or practices indicated above, will contact the teaching staff of the subject in order to carry out an oral exam consisting of theoretical and / or practical questions. to obtain up to 100% of the grade for the course. This exam will take place on the same date set for the official exam and after its completion.
