The course under the heading ¿Direction and management of human resources¿ of 6 credits, which according to the European credit score in the UMH equals to 150 credits (1 credit=25 hours). Its length is fourth months and takes place during the first quarter of the second course of the degree.
This course is intended as the introduction for students in the management of Human Resources. In the previous year students had a first contact with the study of Business Organization, through the course Fundamentals of Business Organization in which has been revealed the main bases of knowledge in which is supported this area.
The course ¿Direction and management of human resources¿ deepens into the perspective of management exclusively in the realm of people, from the individual-organization interaction and its implications to address the section of the job analysis. This analysis of the working position is considered as the cornerstone of the management of human resources, and its knowledge will be essential to undertake the course ¿Policies and Practices of Human Resources¿ offered for this course in the second half of the year.
The course is a key for the students graduated in Labor Relations and Human Resources, since is part of the fundamental knowledge of the formation of these graduates.
