The subject matter of the exam is the collection in the syllabus that appears in the program and that was explained during the academic course. This documentation is available to students on the web of the subject.
The grade of the subject is obtained as the weighted average of the marks obtained in the exam (70%) and in the practices (30%).
a) Test: It will consist of a test type of 20 to 30 questions with four possible solutions to choose one, as well as another section of 5 to 10 questions of true or false. The maximum score of the test will be 3 points. Every three incorrect answers will subtract the score from a correct answer.
b) In the correction of the problems will be taken into account the process followed in the resolution of the same and the numerical results as well as the correct use of units. The reasoned justification for the decisions adopted will be assessed. Each problem properly raised and developed with the correct solution will be rated with a maximum of 4 points.
c) The laboratory practices report will have a maximum value of 0.5 points where the approach, development and calculations will be assessed as well as the correct results.
d) The work of the CYPE practices will have a maximum value of 2.5 points. In this work, the greater information provided in the plans for a hypothetical construction of the structure to be calculated will be assessed, in addition to the theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject and the CYPE program.
The 4 parts have to be passed in order to pass the subject, although the total count of the scores is greater than 5 points.
The grade of each of the approved parts will be kept until the December session of that same course.

During the test, the cell phones must remain off and identification may be required.
