The evaluation will consist of 2 tests and the development and presentation of a work: a) Theoretical knowledge examination (70% of grade) will consist of multiple choice questions (60 questions only choice) and / or short open-ended questions (5 questions PRAC). The test score is derived as follows: 4 questions each incorrect test subtract 1 question right. Each test question unanswered, or add or subtract. The minimum score required to pass the theory test is 4 points. b) Review of skills (20% of grade) which will focus on the objectives and content of the activities in the Skills Workshop, and will be assessed as unfit (0), fit (1), and excellent (2). c)Development and optional word (10% of grade) with the following rating: not suitable (0), fit (0,5), and excellent (1). The final grade is the weighted average of the parties according to the relative importance of each (70% theory test, the practical test 20% and 10% development of the work). The minimum score of the theory test for half the practical test, in case of the latter approved is 5 to pass the course is a necessary condition to have the practical examination approved, otherwise, it is not made half the theory grade and work. Failure to pass the practical test will mean failing the course (even if you have passed the theory exam) and must be submitted to the September (the only practical). In case of failing to adopt the theory and practical examination for the practical will be held until the September session. The review of the examinations will be made once it is received in the Department of Pathology and Surgery all formal requests made from the Management Center of Studies.
