The final grade of the subject will include the joint assessment of the whole semester, with the following distribution: 60% theoretical and 40% practical. The theoretical part (60%) will be assessed with the average of the partial exams, and the practical part (40%): with the weighting between practice report (20%), resolution of issues (10%) and presentation of papers (10%), according to the system and subject evaluation criteria. To apply the above percentages, at least a grade equal to or greater than 4 must be taken in the partial exams or in the final exam. You can opt for a final exam with specific questions of the subject, where you will evaluate the theoretical and practical content, as well as the activities and tasks worked in class. The evaluation of this subject follows the Current Regulations for the Evaluation of the UMH Students.
Written test to evaluate the contents of theory and practices will consist of multiple choice test questions (20-30 questions) and short answer questions (3-5).
The reports or memories of practices will consist of a document of scientific communication of results of the practices. Basic instructions will be provided.
Tasks: reports with incorporation and discussion of activities carried out.
In the written tests the clarity, conciseness and correct use of the technical language will be assessed.
In the technical reports of practices it is necessary to follow the instructions provided, correctly indicate the units and scientific names. The presentation in the form of a report and the clarity of the conclusions.
In the tasks it will be necessary to follow the recommendations provided to the students.
