Description

Once the need for preparing a business plan is assumed and known, this unit will address some of its most important aspects, constituents of a business plan, and related with the planning of activities, market analysis, operations and procurement, human resources, and investment planning and financing of activities.

Objectives

To identify the resources and skills needed to start a business
To analyze the general and specific environment for developing a business activity in, as well as the internal analysis for identifying key competencies or skills: SWOT /CAME analysis.
To analyze the viability of the idea of selected business, from a legal, technical, commercial, economic and financial perspective.
To design a business model and draw up a business plan.

Investment planning and financing of business activities.
