The study of recidivism, especially in the area of violence and within current criminological policy is especially important in creating prevention plans and effective and efficient in different areas of professional activity intervention. Therefore, the course aims to provide students with knowledge and skills on issues related to the dangerousness and prediction techniques, assessment and management of risk of reoffending in different areas of crime such as intimate partner violence, crime violent, juvenile violence, among others. The acquisition of this knowledge is a fundamental part in the training of professionals in the field of criminal justice, offender intervention and crime prevention.
