The 10% of the final mark will be obtained from the evaluation of the outreach activity conducted through the radio program Health and wellness through nutrition.
The 40% of the final grade will correspond to the rating practices.
The remaining 50% correspond to the final exam grade for the contents of the course.
All these percentages apply whenever the final exam than 4.5 / 10.
The evaluation will be done according to the Sibguientes criteria: qualification of the final examination of the contents of the subject, will be scored with a maximum of 6 points. The test will consist of 45 to 60 test-type questions with multiple responses and true and false answers (four wrong answers would subtract one question well) B) The practical part qualification shall be scored with a maximum of 4 points. The practical part will consist of: B1) evaluation of the activity of scientific divulgation carried out in a communication medium of the university Miguel Hernández (individual work). Maximum 1 point. B2) Delivery of practice reports for practice sessions (shared work for a maximum of 4 students). These reports will consist of a video of at most three minutes where an introduction of the practice, the applied methodology and the results obtained (the videos will begin with a UMH logor where the name of the authors is collected, the name of the course (Biotecnología de los Alimentos funcionales) and the names of the students. Maximum 2 points. All percentages shall apply provided that the final Test note exceeds 4.5 over 10
All percentages will be applied as long as the final note of the exam is higher than 4.5/10
