The system of evaluation combines the continuous assessment with the accomplishment of a final examination. The continuous assessment is based on the commitment of the pupil to the continued follow-up of the classes, including the previous preparation needed for the practical and theoretical classes. The system of evaluation allows to obtain a maximum of 10 points, being the final qualification the one that corresponds in conformity with the traditional system from 1 to 10 points. Thus, the subject will excel itself if there are obtained 5 points of the 10 possible ones. The maximum punctuation that can be obtained in every part is: Final examination: - 10 points. Examination composed by 8 theoretical questions on the content of the subject and 2 practical suppositions on the content of the subject and the proposed seminars.
Given the characteristics of the subject and in order to achieve a better understanding of it, it will be necessary to modify the percentages of evaluation listed in the section above (System and criterion of the evaluation of the subject)are as follows:
Continuous evaluation: Self assessment of knowledge test: 1 point as maximum value. Continuous attendance at classes with a minimum of 80% of the total teaching time: 1 point. Practical multimedia activity, oral exhibitions by the students of the subjects to be determined in class: 1point as maximum value. The ratings obtained from the continuous evaluation will be published before the final examination. In order to pass the course, the student must obtain a minimum of 3.5 out of 7.0 in the final examination. In that case, the final note shall consist of the sum of the continuous assessment note and the amount obtained in the review. If the minimum mark is not reached in the examination, the continuous evaluation note shall be retained for the extraordinary call, appearing in the record only the note of the examination.
