"Fundamentals of Business Organization" is a basic course of 6 credits, equivalents to 150 hours of work by the student, is given during the first part of the course of the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources of the UMH. Its main objective is familiarize the future graduates with some basic knowledge of the concept, structure and functioning of business organizations, within which - self-employed or employed - or for which, they will develop their professional future.
The program deals with basic aspects about the company reality, as well as about its entrepreneurs, to concentrate afterwards in the management and business administration work, as well as the environment in which that work is developed.
Besides, the different company subsystems are introduced, as well as the decisions made in them from a functional perspective, presenting the production functions, marketing and business financing.
